- The procurement is organized in accordance with Article 9 of the Public Procurement Law (hereinafter - PIL), the provision of twenty -first subparagraphs (4) (purchases audit services provided by the sworn auditor for the annual report audits (checks)) and the procedure specified in this Regulation, ie publishing the notification of the planned contract and inviting the contracting service providers. The tender shall be submitted only by the service providers invited by the Procurement Commission. Aluksne Municipality 2025 and 2026 Audit of Financial Reports and Independent Report on the Preparation of Aluksne Municipality for Annual Reports, in accordance with the Technical Specification (Annex 1).
