Description:
As a result of the procurement, it is expected to conclude the general agreement (hereinafter - the Agreement). It determines the procedure by which the Customer selects the participants of the Agreement with whom he will conclude a service contract for the performance of construction supervision works (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement). The result of the execution of the Agreement is between the Customer and the Agreement Contracts on the performance of construction supervision works for the relevant construction objects in the administrative territory of Alūksne district have been concluded for the participants. Contracts must be executed in accordance with the Technical Specification of an open tender (Appendix 1) and the Terms of Agreement (Appendix 9). The general agreement will be closed with no more than 3 (three) Applicants who will submit the most economically advantageous offers, in accordance with the methodology for determining the most economically advantageous offer specified in clause 10 of the Regulations.
