- 1) The Time of the Procurement Agreement shall enter into force on its mutual signature day and shall be in force until the entire fulfillment of the obligations of the Parties. Vehicles must be delivered from the date of entry into force of the Agreement:- Part 1- 9 months in the procurement;- in Part 2 of the procurement- within 5 months.2) Purchase is foreseen in the procurement The transfer of the five customer used cars to the Contractors, the relevant crediting the conditional price, deleting the share of the contract fee in each contract. For more information, see the Regulations 1.7. and in Annex 3 of the Regulations "Counted Automotive List". According to the Regulations 1.12. at the point The Customer provides the authority to the stakeholders to view the cars.
