According to the cohesion policy program of the European Union for 2021-2027 4.3.1. for the specific support objective "Promoting the socio-economic integration of socially marginalized communities, low-income households and disadvantaged groups, including people with special needs, by implementing integrated activities, including providing housing and social services" - to develop construction documentation and build a four-story multi-apartment building with 33 (thirty-three) apartments (all apartments with full interior decoration; shared sanitary unit shower/bath and toilet rooms, as well as kitchens equipped with plumbing).
