- Hangar construction in two stages, with design, auto supervision. The subject of the procurement is the construction of a hangar in two phases, including design work and author supervision. The works must be carried out in accordance with the valid construction regulations, technical project and customer requirements. ________________________________________ Round 1 - Construction of hangar basic structures and engineering communications The following activities must be carried out as part of the works: • Foundation construction - construction of hangar structure foundations in accordance with for the designed solution; • Floor construction - hard concrete floor inside the hangar; • Metal frame assembly - supporting metal structures for the shape and volume of the hangar; • Assembly of sandwich panels (external walls and roof) - external wall and roof insulation panels installation, ensuring the isolation of the building from the external environment; • Construction of roof structures - including thermal insulation and rainwater drainage system; • Installation of lifting gates - to ensure transport access; • Installation of the electricity supply system - installation of lighting and electricity connection points. ________________________________________ Round 2 - Construction of engineering communications and improvement of the territory • Installation of the water supply system - supply of water for sanitary and technical needs; • Installation of the heating system - provision of heat supply for the operation of the building in the cold season; • Area paving - construction of a 200 m² paved area for access to the hangar by transport. ________________________________________ Designing, author supervision The procurement also includes: • Development of the technical project - in accordance with the customer's requirements and valid regulatory enactments; • Author supervision - supervision of the designer during construction works, ensuring compliance with technical ...
