Description:
Title of the procurement item Development of the technical project "Development of the infrastructure of patient reception rooms and outpatient offices of Jūrmala Hospital SIA" and its author supervision. The term of performance of the design contract is six months. The deadline for the performance of the author supervision contract the performance of the construction works contract time (roughly eight months). Author supervision can be carried out throughout the period of construction works until the object is put into operation, or until a mark is received in the building permit for the execution of construction works. It is not allowed to subdivide the procurement subject, as there is only one pool of applicants, only a construction project, and it is also not allowed submit an offer for an incomplete scope of the procurement item, or offer variants. The subject of procurement consists of two contract subjects: design in accordance with the requirements of the Technical Specifications design task; author supervision of project implementation in accordance with the Technical Regulations specification and according to MK 19.08.2014. to regulations No. 500.
