- The term of the agreement shall be determined up to 24 (twenty -four) months from 17.04.2025. The total amount of fuel to be purchased within the maximum agreement may not exceed EUR 990,000 (nine hundred ninety thousand euros and 00 cents) excluding VAT. The Customer provides for the possibility of extending the agreement period for another up to 12 (twelve) months if the general agreement has not been acquired.
