- Subject to Section 8, Paragraph 7, Clause 9 of the Public Procurement Law, the Customer may apply the negotiated procedure and repeat the contract with the Contractor. It is planned to conclude another 1 (one) repeat contract. The term of the contract (with the re -contract) is one calendar year, i.e. 2026. The re -contract will be granted in accordance with the terms of this open tender. The customer reserves the right not to hold the negotiated procedure and organize a new procurement procedure
