- The term of the procurement agreement shall be 12 (twelve) months or the amounts offered by the Tenderer in each part of the open tender, which the terms and conditions are the first. Applies to all parts of the procurement item - if the contract amount has not been acquired within 12 (twelve) months from the date of entry into force of the contract, the Party may consider the possibility of extending the term of the contract for another 12 (twelve) months, not exceeding the contract amount.
