Description:
Initially, the contracting authority will conclude the contract for a period of 12 months for a total amount of up to EUR 42,000.00 (forty -two thousand euros, zero cents) excluding VAT. The amount of the contract will consist of the summed value of the service provided by the contracting authority during the term of the contract. The customer has the right to contract the period of operation At the end, or reaching EUR 42,000.00 (forty -two thousand euros, zero cents) excluding VAT on the contract for the next 12 months (maximum 48 months or EUR 168 000,00 (one hundred and sixty eight thousand euros, zero cents) without VAT, depending on which circumstances enter the first). To the customer There is no obligation to purchase services for the entire amount of 12 (twelve) months if the service is not used. In the event that the entire contractual amount will not be spent in the previous 12 (twelve) months, the customer may increase the total contract of the next period, including unpacked the means.
