- In order to ensure the necessary quality of services provided by LVRTC, one Bidder may not ensure the performance of both parts of the procurement subject. Therefore, as a result of the procurement, it is planned to conclude two contracts with two different Applicants, each in its own part of the procurement. Bidder can submit a bid for one or both parts of the procurement, but if the Bidder has submitted bids for both parts of the procurement and the Bidder's bid is recognized as the winner (for the most economically advantageous bid with the lowest price) in the 1st part of the procurement, then the Bidder's bid for the 2nd part of the procurement is not evaluated
