- Significant Enforcement Conditions: The Agreement is in force for 36 (thirty -six) months or until the total contract price is reached, depending on which of the terms and conditions. If the total contract price is not reached during the agreement, the term of the agreement may be extended for up to 12 (twelve) months by making appropriate amendments to the agreement.
