- The total period during which the contracting authority may request the provision of the service shall be 36 (thirty -six) months from the date of commencement of the service or up to the Regulation 2.4. The amount specified in paragraph 1, depending on which condition the first one is. Starting the service must be provided within 5 (five) business days from the date of entry into force of the Procurement Agreement.
