- The General Agreement with five applicants is concluded. As a result of the price survey, the Contractor is determined for the execution of works in three cities, LiepΔja, Ogre, CΔsis. 1.1. The subject of the procurement is the completion of the development of the construction project of the Emergency Medical Service Brigade Support Center 3D Construction in the information modeling (hereinafter - BIM) environment, author supervision, BIM updating during construction works, construction works for three types of buildings (design-build) using CLT (or equivalent) materials (hereinafter - Service) and maintenance of engineering equipment during the warranty period 1.2. The procurement subject is not divided into procurement in parts of the subject to ensure uniform building design, quality and construction standards in all facilities equally, as well as to achieve cost savings and more efficient project management.
